On 13 September, KOKI Village was filled with laughter and joyful emotions as we celebrated Father’s Day.

Children watched with excitement as their dads took part in a special quiz game, testing their knowledge, agility, and attention. They hammered nails, climbed trees, identified tools and fish, and completed many other challenges.

The day was made even more lively by athletic dogs of different breeds, who completed obstacle courses together with their owners and delighted the audience with their energy and character.

In the White Pavilion, dads learned to dance with their daughters, tried braiding hair, and received handmade medals from their families. The art installation “Doves of Gratitude” in St Anne’s Church added a heartfelt touch, inviting visitors to write messages of gratitude to God, their fathers or grandfathers.

Dads also built towers, helped an old plane get back on course, learned to tie knots, and joined Edgars Neilands in choosing a name for our railway carriage.

We, the KOKI team, were truly happy to see so many smiling faces and look forward to welcoming you again!
