The Village SHOP
Things created here in KOKI Village invite you to take a little of the village spirit home with you. In the shop, you will find our colouring books for children, Edgars Neilands’ book The Gardener’s Manifesto, and other works that invite you to discover nature, trees and a greener way of living.
The Gardener’s Manifesto
At a time when the garden has become a project rather than a living system, a book has been published in Latvia that does not teach us how to control nature, but questions humanity’s own sense of superiority. Every plant leaves behind more than it takes, while people tend to do the opposite. What would the garden say about us if we finally switched off the trimmers and listened?
Are we ready to admit that we are no better than a daisy or a pine tree? And what might happen if, in the garden, we simply did… nothing?
Edgars Neilands offers a radical peace treaty with nature, inviting us to stop fighting and start celebrating life — and the garden itself as a living system.
